We’re told to clean our plate in order to get the treat we would really like to have, or that children in China are starving to coerce us to eat food that we’re not even hungry for. When conclusions are in the way, they not only keep us from clarity on our next steps, they can also keep us working toward a goal that doesn’t even truly align with our desires. Help for Self-Sabotage
Do you sabotage yourself or your creative projects? Behavior is said to be self-sabotaging when it creates problems and interferes with what you’d like to create or achieve in the world. The most common self-sabotaging behaviors are procrastination, self-medication with alcohol or drugs, and emotional eating.
