In the first four journeys of this series, you had the opportunity to explore time as a territory. Moving with your entelechy, your high self, Connecting with your younger self, and discovering patterns and synchronicities connected with your soul’s journey

Today, we are ready to step beyond time and into the moment. Into the moment that is the place of your essential self, your essential nature. That place of pure potentiality, infinite creativity, and the silence of your soul.

In this 12-part series – “Countdown to A New Beginning:” -, travel, explore, and experience the dimensions of time…. Time/Past, Time/Present, and Time/Future.

Journey #1-#4: ‘Time-Past’. Discover and Explore the territory of time with its rich treasures and hidden gifts

Journey #5-#8: Time-Present’. Travel into the present moment… Connecting with the forces and energies to engage with the laws of co-creation

Journey #9-#12: ‘Time-Future’. Move with curiosity, wonder, and delight to stand on the verge of a new beginning. Holding a vision of the possible, inspired by the dreams of your soul, and empowered as a co-creator to manifest your future.

Last time, in Journey #1, you learned a process to connect with the deep wisdom and guidance of your high self. Then, together we traveled to discover the vast territory of time. Learning techniques to move through time and to explore/experience different moments in history.

In Journey #2, you will continue with Time/Past, however with a new destination in the territory of time… A destination that is focused on your own life and your immediate past.

As a mentor in The Art of Human Potential, I work within the four levels of Self. The Physical Self, the Psychological Self, the Spiritual Self, and the Mythic Self. Every one of us has treasures and gifts hidden within these realms of Self. My work is designed to ignite your passions, activate seeded potentials, and reveal new possibilities.

This month, we will enter the Psychological Realm as we explore time and memory. Stepping out of the limitations of your mind and beyond simple imagination, I will guide you to play with the powerful creative force of the Imaginal.

Imaginal Thinking: is thinking in a multi-dimensional associative structure of “images” in time and space. It is a way of thinking that includes intuition and creativity.

In the first journey of this series, we will explore the territory of time and delve into time past.

For over 20 years, author Francesca Grossman, author of NOT Weakness: Navigating the Culture of Chronic Pain, felt stuck in the centrifuge of her own pain. After all that time of living this way, she started to wonder: where were all the other people who lived like I did? Why didn’t I know them? Why didn’t I share my story? She started asking women in her community if they had chronic pain―only to find that I was surrounded by women also battling in silence. The more I spoke to people, the more she found common themes and experience—feeling silenced, experiencing humiliation and shame, struggling in relationships and work—proving that my stories of pain were not unique, and neither were her feelings of loneliness and seclusion.

About the Guest:

Francesca Grossman is a writer and writing instructor. Her work has been published in The New York Times, Brain, Child Magazine, The Manifest Station, Ed Week, Drunken Boat, and Word Riot, among others. She runs writing retreats and workshops internationally and leads an annual intensive workshop at The Harvard Graduate School of Education.

She has a BA and MA from Stanford University and a doctorate from Harvard University in education. Her acclaimed instructional manual Writing Workshop; How to Create a Culture of Useful Feedback is used in universities and workshops all over the world. Francesca lives in Newton, MA, with her husband and two children.
